Title: Efficacy of Botanicals, Bioagents and Fungicides on Management of Leaf Blight (Altbrnaria Porri) of Onion.
Abstract: The botanicals, biocontrol agent and fungicide were tried under field condition against leaf blight of onion. The mancozeb (0.3%) was found most effective in controlling the disease, which recorded 51 per cent disease control, followed by Trichoderma viride (38.84%). The sprays of mancozeb and Trichoderma viride also gave significantly highest onion bulb yield of 10.57 t/ha and 10.31 t/ha, respectively than rest of the treatments. The botanicals viz., L. camera and P. pinnata were also found effective and gave 27.08 per cent and 22.44 per cent disease control, respectively.
