Title: Rodolfo Pallucchini e Filippo de Pisis nella Venezia degli anni Quaranta
Abstract: This essay investigates the friendly relations, born in Venice during the Forties, between Pallucchini and Filippo de Pisis; the ferrarese artist lived permanently in the intriguing lagoonal city where Rodolfo Pallucchini with his wife Anna began to collect de Pisis' works. Important critical studies and the knowledge of this artistic figure, allow Pallucchini to put up a one-man exhibition at the Venice Biennale in 1948.
