Title: An anti-windup design for the regulation of linear system
Abstract: Summary form only given. This paper deals with the regulation of linear systems with actuator saturation in the presence of disturbances. Disturbances are assumed to belong to a class which may be regarded as the zero-input response of a linear system. The class includes common disturbance such as step and sinusoidal disturbances. The controller includes an anti-windup term which will maintain the system performance during the saturation period. The stability of the overall system is established based on the Lyapunov stability theory. Both the state feedback and output feedback are considered. The proposed schemes are evaluated for a two tank system by simulations.
