Abstract: This chapter includes clinical cases, background, evidence-based practical management options, preventive measures and key-point summaries of natural fertility. The natural pregnancy rate of infertility patients who have already conceived by in-vitro fertilization (IVF) or ICSI varies from 8.9% to 18% and 22.2%. The majority of those natural pregnancies were within 2 years after the assisted reproduction technique (ART) delivery. Spontaneous pregnancy rate and live birth rate after successful IVF/ICSI were 27% and 22%, respectively. The perinatal outcome of naturally conceived pregnancies seems to be similar to pregnancies conceived by IVF or ICSI. In agreement with the literature, a registry-based study showed a worse prenatal outcome in children born after ART than in children born after spontaneously conception.
