The main purpose of ...This study attempts to explore the relationship between expressing gratitude and positive emotions. The sample of the current study comprised 60 college girls pursuing graduation. The main purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of gratitude intervention. The current study also tested for the main effects of gratitude on positive emotions. Results confirmed that counting one's blessings within early adolescence is, indeed, related to well-being and other positive emotions. Findings also support that gratitude induction (i.e., counting blessings) is related to greater positive emotions when compared to those participants who serve as controls.Read More
