Title: Study on esterase isozymes in 17 Agaricus strains.
Abstract: The of esterase isozymes of 17 Agaricus strains,including wild Agaricus bisporus,Agaricus bitorguis,Agaricus edulis,Agaricus blazei and brown and white Agaricus bisporus cultivars were studied.Results showed that there was a close genetic relationship between wild Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus bisporus strains,but a great genetic distance among wild Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus bitorguis,Agaricus blazei.The similarity coefficient was 0.667,0.00 and 0.333 between wild Agaricus bisporus strains and Agaricus bisporus,Agaricus bitorguis,Agaricus blazei strains respectively.Results also showed that there was a close genetic relationship between tissue Isolates and single spore isolates,multiple spore isolates of wild Agaricus bisporus,which indicated that wild Agaricus bisporus strains had low genetic diversity.And the genetic relationship was also studied among Agaricus bitorguis,Agaricus edulis strains and brown and white Agaricus bisporus cultivars.
