Title: Placement of Women and Minority Graduates in Educational Administration.
Abstract: The National Commission on Excellence in Educational Administration (1987) has brought renewed attention to the underrepresentation of women and minorities in educational leadership. The purpose of this study was to collect data on placement practices of faculty in educational administration preparation programs, and to analyze these findings in terms of the implications for women and minority graduates.
