{'症例は56歳，男性．肛門痛で入院した．下腹部に腫瘤を触知し，腹部造影CTおよびMRIにて右梨状筋前面の骨盤内後腹膜原発間葉系腫瘍と診断し手術を施行した．周囲臓器浸潤なく腫瘍切除術を施行した．摘出標本で径100×90×80mm．組織でpatternless': [0], 'patternを，免疫染色でCD34（+），vimentin（+），c-kit（-），SMA（-），S-100（-）を認め，分裂指数3/10HPF，p53陽性率1％，MIB-1陽性率3％でありsolitary': [1], 'fibrous': [2],
