Abstract: In order to provide a not too narrow approach to the issues of narrative comprehension and coherence in the context of practical experience, and more specifically to the procedures of argumentation and justification to which the contemporary debate on legal reasoning has attributed the names of “narrative coherence” and “normative coherence”, it is necessary to insert the issues in a broader, more comprehensive perspective.
