Minimum inhibitory concentration, Minimum bactericidal concentration, and Time Kill curve of the extract against each sensitive test pathogen, were evaluated. The flavonoid extract showed good antimicrobial activity against Streptococcus mutans than towards Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans. MIC & MBC of Streptococcus mutans is 25µg/mL & 25µg/mL respectively. MIC & MBC of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans is 50µg/mL & 50µg/mL respectively. Time Kill Curve of Streptococcus mutans and Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans was 2hr and 2hr respectively.
