Electronic commerce is a type of online retailing used for business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions and mail order, are examples of non-shop retailing. Retail involves the sale of huge quantities of goods to the customer. It ensures that the store attracts the customers first and then enables the customers to buy the merchandise. The customer should be engaged by the store at a single location offering him with all his needs on a one-stop basis.
