Title: The application value of MR T2* mapping in diagnosis of early pathological changes of articular cartilage
Abstract: Articular cartilage injury is a common problem in clinics. The early pathological manifestations are the changes in the cartilage matrix of biochemical ingredient content. With the rapid development of functional magnetic resonance imaging, the morphological changes of articular cartilage can be demonstrated clearly, and at the same time, the changes in the cartilage matrix of biochemical ingredient content can be quantitatively analyzed. This is important for clinical evaluation in terms of early diagnosis and prompt treatment of cartilage lesions. This article will reviewe the clinical application of different sequences of MR T2* imaging in early diagnosis of articular cartilage disease.
