Title: Analysis on delivery outcome and its relative factors in 948 cases of uterine scar
Abstract: Objective To observe and analyze the uterine scar pregnancy outcome,summarize the related factors and the clinical significance.Methods In our hospital from May 2006 to May 2011,948 pregnant women with cicatricial uterus were selected as the observation group,and then 948 cases of nonescar uterus pregnant women at the same period,as the control group,the delivery outcomes of two groups were observed and compared.Results In the numerous factors of cesarean section in recent 3 years,social factors accounted for the highest proportion in the cesarean section,compared to other factors existed there was statistical significant difference (P<0.05).The operation time and blood loss during operation in two groups also showed statistical significant difference (P<0.05),the cesarean section rate and complication rate in both groups had statistical significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions Uterine scar pregnancy will obviously increase cesarean section rate and complications after childbirth,the risk increased significantly; the indications for cesarean section should be strictly grasped,social factors cesarean section needs to be reduced,which has verv important clinical significance in the reduction of uterine scar pregnancy.
