Title: Delivery methods choice of secondary pregnancy with scarred uterus
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of different delivery mode on pregnant women and neonates and sum up the more reasonable childbirth way of the uterine scar pregnancy again,in order to effectively reduce the rate of caesarean.Methods The postpartum haemorrhage,uterine rupture,puerperium infection,neonatal asphyxia during different deliveries of 631 cases of re-pregnancy women after cesarean section were compared,and then the effect of different mode of delivery on maternal and newborn was discussed.Results Six hundred and thirty-one cases of pregnant women,vaginal deliveries occurred postpartum haemorrhage,puerperal infection was lower than the rates of caesarean section again,while uterine rupture,rates of neonatal asphyxia compared were not significantly different.Conclusions Scarred uterus re-pregnant women who have vaginal conditions,with no new indication for cesarean section should be given vaginal trial opportunities,thereby reducing postoperative complications of cesarean section again,and reducing the rising cesarean section rate.
