'loop所見を認めた．絞扼性イレウスの診断で緊急手術を施行した．腹腔鏡で腹腔内を観察したところ，S状結腸腹膜垂が腸間膜と一部癒着し，その中に小腸が嵌頓していた．腹膜垂の切除のみで絞扼は解除され小腸切除は不要であった．術後経過は良好であった．腹膜垂が原因となるイレウスは比較的稀な疾患である．今回われわれは，腹腔鏡下手術にて治療しえたS状結腸腹膜垂絞扼性イレウスの1例を経験したため，若干の文献的考察を加え報告した．':
