Title: [Clinical diagnostic value for nasal bone fracture by three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT].
Abstract: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the value of three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in diagnosing nasal bone fracture. METHOD Forty-six patients with nasal bone fracture were scanned transverselly and reconstructed with three-dimensional software by GE Lightspeed Plus Multiple Slices Scaner. RESULT Nine cases (19.6%) show false negative with X-ray examination. There were 35 cases (76%) of simple nasal bone fracture and 16 cases (34.8%) compound fracture. CONCLUSION There is important significance for diagnosing nasal bone fracture by three-dimensional reconstruction at present of spiral CT.
