Title: Clinical Observation on Rehabilitation New Fluid in Treatment of Surgical Wound Infection
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation new liquid in treatment of surgical wound infection. Methods 60 cases of surgical wound infection patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with rehabilitation new liquid plus alginate dressings, the control group were treated with alginate dressings. Results In the observation group, 19 cases were cured, 11 cases were improved, wound healing time was 28.16 d ± 5.82 d; in the control group, 13 cases were cured, 17 cases were improved, wound healing time was 33.04 d ± 11.83 d, the two groups had statistically significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation new liquid in treatment of infected wounds has the advantages of patient satisfaction, significant curative effect such as fast growth of granulation, early scab healing and short course, which is preferred to choose.
