Title: Clinical study of midazolam and roperidol-fentanyl under epidural anesthesia
Abstract: Objective Clinical study of midazolam and droperidol-fentanyl under epidural anesthesia. [Methods] Of 90 patients were divided randomly into 3 groups(n=30). Group A received midazolam i.v and droperidol-fentanyl i .m; Group B was received midazolam+ droperidol-fentanyl i.m; Group c received droperidol-fentanyl i.m. [Result] The group A have significant better sedative action than the group B,P0.05. The group B also have significant better sedative action than the group C,P0.05 . Both the group A and the group B have significant better decrease entrails pain than the group C,P0.05. [Conclusions] Droperidol-fentanyl complied with midazolam i.v or i.m can increase sedative action,decrease entrails pain , have no significant influence on haemodynamic and respiratory under epidural anesthesia.
