Title: Observation of clinical effect by Weishuning combined with omeprazole, clarithromycin and levofloxacin in anti-Hp treatment
Abstract: Objective To investigate clinical effect by Weishuning combined with omeprazole, clarithromycin and levofloxacin in anti-helicobacter pylori(Hp) treatment. Methods A total of 793 Hp patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 270 cases(Weishuning combined with omeprazole, clarithromycin and levofloxacin), triple group with 264 cases(omeprazole, clarithromycin and levofloxacin) and control group with 259 cases(omeprazole, metronidazole and amoxicillin). Clinical effects of the three groups were analyzed after treatment. Results The treatment group had cure rate as 87.0%, effective rate as 4.1%, total effective rate as 91.1%, ineffective rate as 8.9%, and gastrointestinal adverse reactions as 11.9% with slight symptoms. The triple group had cure rate as 81.4%, effective rate as 3.0%, total effective rate as 84.5%, ineffective rate as 15.5%, and gastrointestinal adverse reactions as 23.1%. The control group had cure rate as 64.5%, effective rate as 9.3%, total effective rate as 73.7%, ineffective rate as 26.3%, and gastrointestinal adverse reactions as 43.2%. The treatment group had similar curative effect with the triple group, while its gastrointestinal adverse reactions were much slighter(P0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group had remarkably curative effect(P0.05). Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicines have advantages of good effect in anti-Hp treatment and few gastrointestinal side reactions, and it is worthy of research.
