Abstract: Study on cultivation technique of dry direct-seeded for single-middle-late season rice was carried out in Huizhou Huida vegetable farm in 2012. The results showed that, the yield of dry direct seeding cultivation technique of single-middle-late season rice was 491.84~582.80 kg per 667 m2. The yield of live in water had higher yield level, significantly increased 35.93~38.71 kg per 667 m2than moisture management, with increasing rate of 7.11%~7.31%. Under the condition of live in water for rice, the tillering ability was strong, highest number of seedlings and effective panicles was big, plants was stout, ears was large, grain number per spike was big, spikelets was much, grain was full, 1 000-grain weight was big; amount of roots was large, root was developed, number of white roots was small, root activity was weak; and protein content of rice decreased, amylose content of rice increased.
