Title: A study of curative effect of prophylactic application of antibiotics in preoperative uterine-incision delivery
Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of application of antibiotics contingency in uterine-incision delivery operation and investigate the method of application of antibiotics.Mechods 300 patients of uterine-incision delivery were divided into 2 groups in random.A is control group,a total of 162 patients,who received antibiotics prophylactic medication;B is treatment group,a total of 138 patients,who received antibiotics postoperatively.Their effects of treatment were compared.Results The incidence of endometritis of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference(P0.05).Between group A and group B there was no significant difference in the incidence of abdominal wall infection of incision wound,while there was gradual hoist trend in group A compared with group B.The dosage of antibiotics group in A was lower than that of group B remarkably.Conclusion The course of treatment by prophylactically using antibiotics in preoperation is short,the effect is remarkable,and it can help to ruduce the expense of treatment.
