Title: An intersection theorem for set-valued mapping and its application
Abstract: Under the weak condition that the set-valued mapping is transfer closed-valued,a new nonempty intersection theorem for set-valued mapping is proved in general topological spaces without linear and convex structure by use of the technique of continuous unity partition.As an application,some new minimax inequalities of Ky Fan type are obtained in general topological spaces without linear and convex structure.
