Title: The correlation study of the impact of the different subclasses in high-density lipoprotein components on the severity of coronary artery stenosis
Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship of high-density lipoprotein( HDL) subclasses with severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with Coronary angiography. Methods( 1) A total of 122 consecutive patients underwent Coronary angiography were selected,because of suspected diagnosis of CHD was admitted to Gerontology Department,Vasculocardiology Department from 2013 to2014 in our hospital,The confirmed diagnosis of CHD patients( At least have a coronary artery or branch stenosis 50%) 96,62 males and 34 females,with an average of( 60. 31 ± 8. 72) years old,normal CAG findings patients 26,10 males and 16 females,with an average of( 59. 00 ± 13. 51) years old;( 2) Extraction in patients with venous blood fasting 12 hours,The contents of serum HDL subclasses were determined by two dimensional gel electrophoresis associated with immunodetection method within 24 hours. Through the evaluation of the results of coronary angiography in patients with coronary artery stenosis degree( by Gensini score);( 3). measurement data with mean ± standard deviation( x ± s) and the qualitative data with χ2test,Comparing the two groups using independent sample t test,Using logisitic regression test and coronary heart disease( CHD) related factors,The correlation between two factors using linear correlation analysis. Results( 1) Single factor chi-square,two independent samples t test showed that sex,smoking history,history of diabetes mellitus,systolic blood pressure,BMI,WC,WHR,HDL,LDL,Apo A-I,Lpa,Preβ1-HDL,HDL3 b,HDL3c,HDL2 bassociated with coronary heart disease( CHD),The difference was statistically significant.( 2) Smoking,systolic blood pressure,TG,Preβ1-HDL,HDL3 b,HDL3cis coronary heart disease risk factors,HDL2 bis coronary heart disease( CHD) protection factor.( 3) HDL2 bnegative correlation with Gensini score,Preβ1- HDL,HDL3 bare positively related with Gensini score. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis and treatment,HDL2 bpossible as predictors for coronary heart disease,Preβ1-HDL,HDL3 bnumerical can provide important basis for prediction and diagnosis of CHD,Coronary heart disease prevention is not only to improve and promote reverse cholesterol transport and regulating blood fat,but also regulate the HDL subclasses and their constituent ratio.
