Title: Compare esomeprazole with the omeprazole diagnose effect to non-erosive reflux disease
Abstract: Objective To compare the diagnosing value of someprazole and omeprazole on non-erosive reflux disease. To study the dose-effect relationship of esomeprazole for non-erosive reflux disease and its diagnosing value in the early stage. Methods Ninety-six patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A(32 patients) was given esomeprazole 40 mg,twice a day;group B(32 patients) was given esomeprazole 20 mg,twice a day;group C(32 patients) was given omeprazole 40 mg,twice a day.The course lasted 4 weeks. After using medicine 7 days and two weeks later, the symptoms and the adverse reaction were observed. Results Compared with group B and group C,the positive rate had a statistic difference in group A after treating for 5 to 7 days. There was no statistic difference between group B and C.There was no adverse reaction. Conclusion Esomeprazole can be used for diagnostic proton pump inhibitor of non-erosive reflux disease. There is no statistic difference in long-term effect between esomeprazole and omeprazole.
