Title: Clinical Analysis of Stress Urinary Incontinence Treated with Bio-feedback and Pelvic Electronic Stimulation
Abstract: Objective To investigate clinical treatment procedures and benefits of stress incontinence with bio-feedback and pelvic electric stimulation.Methods Total 28 patients with stress incontinence were treated with bio-feedback and pelvic electric stimulation therapy.Treatment procedures and benefits were observed.Results 17 patients were healed,the symptom of urinary stress incontinence was lessened in 9 patients,and 2 patients feeled nullity after treatment.86 percent out of 28 patients were satisfied with treatments.The increments of VLPP,MCC,Pdet·Qmax and MCP of the patients after treatment prominencely increased than that before treatment,but for MFR,BC and SFL,there was no distinctions in them between before treatment and after treatment.Conclusion Stress incontinence patients could be treated by bio-feedback and pelvic electric stimulation treatment.Active participating in the procedure and individual treating projects was the most important for the patients.
