Title: Clinical Analysis of Delivery Mode of Uterine Scar Repregnancy
Abstract: Objective To analyze the influence of scar uterine pregnancy of different modes of delivery on maternal and neonatal outcomes, and choose the reasonable measure of delivery mode. Methods 102 cases of uterine scar repregnancy were analyzed retrospectively to indicate its effects on maternal and neonate outcomes. There were 54 cases of cesarean section( observation group A,n = 54),48 cases of vaginal delivery( Observation Group B,n = 48). At the same time,60 cases of the first cesarean section( Control Group A,n = 60) and 60 patients with non scar uterus vaginal delivery( Group B,n = 60) were chosen for comparative study. Results Among the total 102 cases,48 cases of the 85 cases with maternal vaginal delivery were successful( 56. 5%),the Observation Group B was better in terms of 24 h postpartum bleeding, neonatal asphyxia, postpartum fever and hospitalization time than that of Group A( P 0. 05),the differences between Observation Group B and Control Group B in the above indexes and threatened uterine rupture were not significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the second cesarean section,it is good for uterine scar patients to choose the vaginal delivery when they are pregnant again. Intensive care of vaginal delivery is safety.
