Title: An Investigation of Outpatient Prescriptions of Antibacterials
Abstract: Objective Analysis of hospital outpatient use of antibiotics to promote the rational use of antibiotics.Methods Checking 8700 out-patient prescriptions at random,the prescriptions of antibiotics 2138,which based on theclinical use of antibacterial drugs guiding principlesand other relevant documents,irrational prescriptions of antibiotics are classified statistical analysis.Results The sample of prescription antibiotics,prescription sunreasonable 298(accounting for 13.94 percent),skin test does not require a clear prescriptions unreasonable 26(accounting for 1.22 percent),the use of unreasonable amount of prescriptions 78(accounting for 3.65 percent),Frequency of prescriptions medication unreasonable 52(accounting for 2.43 percent),repeat prescriptions drug unreasonable 43(accounting for 2.01 percent),the combined prescriptions unreasonable 99(accounting for 4.63 percent).Conclusion The out-of irrational use of antibiotics is widespread,and its prescriptions management and the rational use of norms should be strengthened awareness in order to enhance the efficacy of antibiotics to minimize the side effects and the emergence of drug resistance.
