Title: Analysis of 35 cases of mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection
Abstract: To investigate surgical key points of mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection and its clinical efficacy.Using retrospective analysis to investigate clinical datas and operating key points for the 35 cases of breast mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection.Operative time was significantly shorter in the latter 25 cases of whole group, and the mean operative time was 93 minutes. The number of axillary lymph nodes dissected during surgery was 4-20,averaged 13.2 min. Metastatic axillary lymph nodes was found in 10 cases,a total number of 32. No transit operations,no significant complications in and after operation. Follow-up showed good ipsilateral upper extremity function without local or trocar puncture hole cultivation.Based on Liposuction, the breast mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection is clinically operative, with good postoperative local function and appearance, which is worthy for further exploration.
