Title: The clinical observation of prophylactic application of antibiotic at intraoperative period in department of obstetrics and gynecology:on 200 cases report
Abstract: Objective To discuss the effect of prevent infection of prophylactic application of antibiotic with different treatment method in cesarean section perioperative.Methods 200 cases patients were divided into experimental group and control group,each of 100 cases.Before operation 30min,experimental group were given single bivalent prophylactic intravenous antibiotics;According to conventional methods,after surgery control group given two kinds antibiotics,intravenous 3~7d.Compared the cure rate,the highest temperature,pyretolysis time,postoperative hospitalization days and situation of wound infection of two groups.Results The cure rate of 2 groups was 100%.The pyretolysis time of experimental group[(39±8) h] was faster than that of control group[(63±12) h],the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);The postoperative hospitalization days[(4.31±1.56) d] was significantly less than control group[(7.32±3.23) d],the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);The wound infection rate of experimental group(3%) was less than that of control group(7%) ,there had significant difference(P0.05) .Conclusion Prophylactic application of antibiotic in intraoperative period is safe,effective in cesarean section.
