Title: Comparison of Two Types of Cesarean Section
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the prominent merit of new mode cesarean section. Methods: The duration of operation, bleeding volume, the postoperatively breaking wind, morbidity after operation were analyzed in 296 cases of new mode cesarean section and compared to lower segmental cesarean section. Results: Compared to lower segmental cesarean section, the new mode cesarean section had significant difference in the duration from the skin incision to getting the fetus (P0.01), the duration of operation (P0.01), bleeding volume (P0.01), the postoperative period of breaking wind (P0.01). It showed no significant difference in morbidity after operation (P0.05). Conclusion: The new mode cesarean section is better with the shorter operative period, less bleeding, earlier break of the incision. But no significant difference of postoperative morbidity.
