Title: One integrated implementation method for 32-bit VXI bus interface circuit design
Abstract: With the prevalence of 32\|bit VXI(VME bus extensions for instrument) systems and development of large\|scaled programmable logical devices, the interface designs are progressing towards integration and synchronization. One interface design method for 32\|bit VXI register\|based slave instrument is put forward. Its main logic is described through synchronous FSM(finite state machine) and implemented inside one FPGA chip. The architecture and realizing methods are discussed.The interface circuit has been verified for its high density, flexibility, high data bandwidth in many industry applications.
