Title: The Value of MSCT Oblique Reformation Technique With Bone Algorithm Reconstruction in Diagnosis of Fractures in Nasal Area
Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the value of MSCT oblique reformation technique with bone algorithm reconstruction in diagnosis of fractures in nasal area.Methods: The CT data of 68 cases of fractures in nasal area were retrospectively analyzed.68 cases of fractures in nasal area performed spiral CT scan in 1.25mm/16i and nasal algorithm reconstruction and oblique reformation.The images were observed.Results: 68 cases of fractures in nasal area included 45 splintered fractures,33 linear fractures,16 processus frontalis maxllae fractures,8 frontal bone fractures,23 orbital wall fractures and 14 fractures of nasal septum.Conclusion: The MSCT oblique reformations with bone algorithm reconstruction is valuable in diagnosis of fractures in nasal area.This technique combined with axial scanning may be the first choice in diagnosis of fractures in nasal area.
