Title: Comparative analysis about complications of repeated cesarean sections with scarred uterus in term pregnancy
Abstract: Objective To explore the control measures of non - medically indicated cesarean section,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and protect the reproductive health of women with childbearing age by analyzing comparatively the complications of repeated cesarean sections with scarred uterus in term pregnancy. Methods Complications were comparatively analyzed between 149 cases of repeated cesarean sections with scarred uterus in term pregnancy (as study group) and 216 pregnancy women of cesarean section with the non - medical indications (as control group) . Results The differences of uterine rupture,abdominal adhesions,placenta accreta/adhesions,placenta previa and postpartum hemorrhage were statistically significant respectively between two groups (P 0. 05) . While the incidence of postoperative poor wound healing was no significant difference (P 0. 05) . Conclusion Complications increase significantly among repeated cesarean sections with scarred uterus in term pregnancy. In order to improve the quality of obstetric and reproductive health of women in childbearing age,cesarean sections under the non - medical indications should be controlled strictly to reduce the rate of cesarean section.
