Title: Investigation on the Nutrition Knowledge,Attitude, Practice Among 907 Parents in Beijing Kindergartens
Abstract: Objective To investigate the parents' nutrition knowledge,attitude,practice from 4 first-level kindergartens in Beijing city to provide scientific advice for kindergarten nutrition education.Method A total of 907 parents from 4 first-level kindergartens were investigated by questionnaires with cluster random sampling method.Result Different levels of family income,education,occupation,training had statistically significant impacts on parents'nutrition KAP score(P 0.05).The passing rate of knowledge score was 86.87%.Parents had different degrees of nutrition knowledge and the knowledge structure needed to be improved.The score of nutrition knowledge and practice related to health or nutrition-related training(P 0.05),but it had no significant impacts on parents' nutrition attitude(P 0.05).There didn't have strong correlation and consistency between knowledge,attitude and practice.More than 90% parents held positive attitude for nutrition education,expected kindergartens and government can actively carry out nutrition education and children nutrition security work.
