Title: On the Harmonious Labor Relationship in Non-public Enterprises
Abstract: There are several direct inducements of the tension of the labor relationship between the employers and employees in our non-public enterprises,such as the unfair distribution of the benefits,poor working condition and inefficient management.From the five aspects—the situation of the labor force supply and demand in the labor market,the role of government,the three-party negotiation mechanism,and culture of the enterprises,etc.,this paper analyses the essential causes of the tension of the labor relationship between the employers and employees in our non-public enterprises and puts forward the ways of constructing the harmonious labor relationship in our non-public enterprises.
