Title: Mineral Nutrition Content Difference and Correlation between Leaves and Fruit of Pear Germplasm Resources
Abstract: The object of this study is to study pear resources with high nutrient elements and correlation of nutrition between leaves and fruits to provide theoretical basis for crossing parent selection and early screening of hybridization.Taking leaves and fruits from thirty pear cultivars to analyse mineral nutrition content in leaves, fruits and the correlation of mineral elements between leaves and fruits. The results showed that there are significant differences of Ca,K,Mg,Mn,Fe and Zn content in different leaves and fruits. The K content of P.Hybrid leaves was higher than that of P.Communis.In leaves, there was a positive correlation between the content of Ca and Mn,so it was with the content of K and Mg.At the mean time, there was an extremely correlation between the content of Ca and Zn,a significantly negative correlation between the content of K and Fe.Meanwhile,it existed a positive correlation in fruit between the content of K and Ca,K and Mn,and a significantly correlation between the content of Mg and Ca,K and Mn.There was a positive correlation between Zn in leaves and Ca in fruit,a significantly correlation between Ca in leaves and Fe in fruit,so it was with the correlation between Zn in leaves and Fe in fruit. This study showed that the mineral elements content in leaves and fruits of 30 pear cultivars had significant difference. It helps us select cultivars with high mineral elements content and proves the relationship between leaves and fruit, which provides basis for early screening of hybrid seedlings.
