Title: Effect of Tempering Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of 25Cr2Ni4MoV Steel
Abstract: The influences of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 25Cr2Ni4MoV steel were studied by impact test,tensile test,hardness test and microstructure analysis. The results show that the microstructure of the steel tempered at different temperature is tempered sorbite and carbide,which has different mechanical properties as the distribution of carbide in the matrix is different. To achieve high strength,high hardness and excellent toughness,the best technology should be heating at 610 ℃ for 4 h after quenching at 880 ℃ then air-cooling.
