Title: Integrative Medicine Clinical Observation on Treatment of 56 Cases of Refractory Peptic Ulcer
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine on treatment of refractory peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 200 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 56 cases in each. Treatment group were administrated Sijunzi Yuyang decoction combined with Levofloxacin + omeprazole + Furazolidone(each 0.2 g+20 mg+200 mg, twice a day, po) for 2 weeks; Control group were treated with Levofloxacin + omeprazole + Furazolidone(each 0.2 g+20 mg+200 mg, twice a day, po) for 2 weeks, and then clinical efficacy and Hp eradication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The cure rate of treatment group was 94.46%, while that of the control group was 78.57%, the Hp eradication rate between the treatment group and control group were 88.46% and 70.0%. There were statistically significant between two groups(P0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of integrative medicine on treatment of refractory peptic ulcer is accurate and obvious, and it has great clinical significance for the patients with refractory peptic ulcer.
