Title: Intellectual Property Protection in Employing the Intangible Cultural Heritage in China
Abstract: The four main modes of infringement of intellectual property are intangible cultural heritage pirate,unauthorized adaptation and similar acts,offensive employment and false or concealing source statement.Setting up intellectual property system for intangible cultural heritage not only conforms to the practical needs,but also conforms to the needs for justice and social order.Considering the international legislations and Chinese practice situation,it should be a rational way to establish the intellectual property system to protect sources,expressions and benefits of intangible cultural heritage,strengthening the administrative protection simultaneously.And the method could stimulate civil enthusiasm to realize the active of protection of intangible cultural heritage.
