Title: The clinical application of Midazolam combined with Fentanyl in epidural anesthesia appendectomy
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect the Midazolam combined with Fentanyl in epidural anesthesia in appendectomy. Methods Line appendectomy in 50 cases, ASAⅠ~Ⅱ, were randomly divided into two groups, Midazolam combined with Fentanyl (MF group, n = 25) and Droperidol combined with Fentanyl (DF group, n = 25). The two groups were T12-L1 epidural, anesthesia level T6-L3, were observed in patients undergoing traction reaction, sedation, and adverse reactions were observed. Results MF groups in the intraoperative group to better suppression of intraoperative traction reaction, surgery after the start of 5, 15,30 min time points in three different groups of alertness / sedation (OAA / S) score, MF was significantly lower than DF group,MF forgotten surgery patients was higher than DF group were statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion Midazolam combined with Fentanyl for epidural anesthesia for appendectomy is superior to the clinical effects of Fentanyl Droperidol can produce good intraoperative forgotten, sedative and anti-traction response effect.
