Title: Analysis of 400 cases of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for myopia
Abstract: [Objective] To observe the effect of the LASIK for myopia. [Methods] According to the refractive degrees before LASIK surgery, 400 cases (797 eyes) were divided into three groups: A Group: 456 eyes, -1.00~-6.00D (Average:-4.25D±1.23D); B Group: 309eyes, -6.25~-12.00D (Average-7.86D±1.45D); C Group: 32eyes, -12.25~-24.75 (Average -15.82D±3.05D). Record the Vision, Tonometry, Refractive, Forepart eyeball, Eyeground, Corneal thickness and Corneal topography. [Results] Compared with three groups. Result: Vision after LASIK ≥1.0: A Group 91.01%, B Group76.05, C Group15.63; χ2=129.00, P =0.000, compared between three groups, There was obvious difference. Residue diopter ≤±0.5D: A Group75.22, B Group 63.43, C Group18.75; χ2=49.82, P =0.000, It was obvious different comparing with three groups. [Conclusion] Lasik Surgery is good for myopia ,especially for the eyes vision under 12.00D.
