Title: Research on Interface Technology for Human-Computer Integrative FMS System
Abstract: The interface technology of human-computer integrative FMS system is a key technology to realize the collaboration between human and computer in FMS using the graphics and forms. Therefor, the human-computer interface for running control software is discussed through analyzing AGV malfunction and communication malfunction. The human computer interface in cutter flow system is analyzed according as cutting tool management workstation interfaces. The human computer interface in work-piece flow system based on materiel circulation interfaces is expounded. Aiming at machine malfunction and product discarding interfaces, the human computer interface in detecting and monitoring system is discussed. The human computer collaboration can not only attain information integration on PFMS, but also make FMS running safely and reliably.
