Title: The clinical trial on the treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer.
Abstract: 【Objectives】 To observe the effect of different therapy in the management of peptic ulcer and the eradicative rate Helicobacter pylori. 【Methods】 80 patients with pediatric Helicobacter pylori peptic ulcer were divided into 2 groups.Group A was treated with Omeprazole 0.8mg/(kg·d) for 2 weeks,group B with CBS 8 mg/(kg·d) for 2 weeks.Amoxycillin 50 mg/(kg·d) and metronidazol were admindstered to all the groups. 【Results】 91.67%(44/48) of peptic ulcer in group A,75.00%(24/32) in group B.83.33%(40/48) of Helicobacter pylori in group A,56.25%(18/32) in group B were eradicated.96.56% of the peptic ulcer were cured in patients Helicobacter pylori eradicated,while 54.55% in uneradicated. 【Conclusion】 Proton pump inhibitor(Omeprazole) in combination with antibiotics is showed more efficient therapeutic effect.Helicobacter pylori eradication can improve the pediatric peptic ulcer cure rate.
