Title: Retrospective analysis of antibiotics application in department of urinary surgery on recent 10 Years
Abstract: Objective Analyze the antibiotics application in the department of urinary surgery of our hospital in recent 10 years in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods The antibiotics prescriptions in the department of urinary surgery of our hospital were analyzed with statistical method in different years through hospital digital medical management system.Selected 2000 antibiotics prescriptions randomly from 2002 to 2011 and analyzed theirs rationality according to diagnostic of prescription.Results The proportion of antibiotics has increased in the department of urinary surgery of our hospital in recent 10 years.The sample survey showed that the proportion of the annual antibiotic unreasonable application was more than 15%.And the mainly questions were as follows:no indication of medication,combined with improper manner,improper dosage,overlong course of treatment and repeated medication,etc.Conclusion In recent 10 years,the proportion of antibiotics is showing an upward trend year by year,and the phenomenon of unreasonable application has also increased.We must take multi-channel,all-round and comprehensive control measures to promote the clinical safety,reasonable use of antibiotics.
