Title: Clinical Observation of Triple Therapy on Peptic Ulcer
Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of peptic ulcer treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy so as to find out a better way to treat peptic ulcer. Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases of treatment group were treated with triple therapy,namely,the integrative use of rabeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin as well as Chinese medicine preparations; 50 cases of control group were only treated with triple therapy for ten days. The whole treatment lasted for four weeks. Different treatment effect and elimination and decrease of helicobacter pylori were observed. Results 46 cases in treatment group were valid,accounting for 92. 0% while 34 cases in control group were valid,accounting for 68. 0%. Comparasion shows that the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). After integrative treatment,the rapid urease test of helicobacter pylori showed that 44 cases were negetive in treatment group,accounting for 88. 0%,32 cases in control group were negetive,accounting for 64. 0%. The difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The triple therapy,namely,the integrative use of rabeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin as well as Chinese medicine preparations on treatment of peptic ulcer can effectively eliminate helicobacter pylori,promote ulcer healing and increase the curative ratio.
