Title: The Change of Immune Function before and after Chemotherapy in Malignant Carcinoma Patients
Abstract: Objective To explore the change between before and after chemotherapy with immune function in malignant carcinoma patients.Methods Immune activity cells were detected by flow cytometry and immunoglobu-lin was detected by immune turbidimetry.Results Before chemotherapy,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and NK cells signifi-cantly decreased.At the end of chemotherapy CD3+,CD4+ and NK cells were significantly higher than normal levels,while immunoglobulin had no obvious change.Conclusion Clinical analysis of immune activity cells in patients of malignant carcinoma is very valuable for treatment and prognostic evaluation.
