Title: Comparative Analysis of Cases of Breast tumor Fine-needle Aspiration Cytology and Histology
Abstract: Objective To fine-needle aspiration cytology as a clinical detection of breast lumps qualitative diagnostic methods, with the clinical diagnosis of practical value, but there are false-negative cases, their breast tumor fine-needle aspiration cytology and histology were analyzed.Methods Totally 850 cases of breast tumor patients were treated by FNAC checks and carried out on some cases of histopathological comparison.Results FNAC diagnosis of 850 cases of pathological classification of breast masses:476 cases of benign breast lesions accounted for 56%, 291 cases of invasive breast cancer accounted for 34.2%, carcinoma in situ / atypical hyperplasia in 83 cases accounted for 9.8%.Misdiagnosis of 21 cases,misdiagnosis rate was 2.5%.Conclusion FNAC master the diagnostic criteria of breast tumor to avoid the pure epithelial cell differentiation according to diagnostic classification of the one-sidedness, a comprehensive analysis of the morphology seen in smears to avoid misdiagnosis and reduce the misdiagnosis rate in the diagnosis.
