Title: Effects of Heat Treatment Process on Structure and Properties of 35Ni4Cr2MoA Alloy Steel
Abstract: In order to research the effect of heat treatment process on the structure and properties of35Ni4Cr2 Mo A alloy steel, the microstructures and properties of the materials after quenched at 875 ℃ and tempered at 530,540,550,560 and 570 ℃ respectively were observed and tested by metallomicroscope,SEM,tensile tester, hardness tester etc.. The results show that combinnation performance of alloy is optimal at 550 ℃ tempering. As a result, the best heat treatment process of 35Ni4Cr2 Mo A alloy steel is quenching at 875 ℃ and tempering at 550℃.
