Title: Effect of Different Dose Ulinastin On Acute Lung Injury Induced By High Temperature Gas In Guinea Pigs
Abstract: Objective To study the effect of different dose ulinastatin on acute lung injury induced by high temperature gas in guinea pigs. Methods 40 male guinea pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups: the control group(N),the injury group(I),the ulinastatin 100000 U/kg group(A),ulinastatin 1000000 U/kg group(B),I,A,B group were made into the model of acute lung injury by inhaling high-temperature gas,and then the A,B group were injected with different dose ulinastatin.Measuring the TNF-α and neutrophil elastase content with ELLSA method after 4 hours, simultaneously measuring lung wet /dry weight ratio(W/D) and arterial blood gas analysising, another HE staining of lung tissue, observing the pathological changes of lung tissue by light endoscopic. Results In A,B group, the serum TNF-α and neutrophil elastase contents, lung W/D,pathological changes were lower than those in I group;there were significant differences between I and A,B group in the serum TNF-α and neutrophil elastase contents, lung W/D and pathological changes and there were also differences between A and B.Conclusion Ulinastatin reduces acute lung injury inflammatory mediators levels, improves the lung ventilation and pathological changes and protects the function of the lung tissue gradually with ulinastatin dose increasing.
