Title: On the Course of the Confucian Morality and Interests Before Qin Dynasty
Abstract: The relationship between morality and interests is,as a matter of a fact, the relationship between social justice and utility. It is an inevitable and vital problem for any social structure to decide which one is more important. Before the Qin Dynasty, the Confucians paid much attention to the two parts, and whenever they discussed the relationship between them, they all attached much importance to morality and less to interests. That is not to say, they discarded interests. If we put aside the prejudice and misunderstanding,at present it still has theoretical and practical significance for our reference.
